CREC Properties, LLC, was founded in 2011 to serve real estate and property management clients throughout the Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary or RTP area. Bringing together real estate and property management professionals with 150 years of combined experience, we offer a complete set of services to suit every type of client.
Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire process. We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients.

PJ Gentry

rFrom a small midwestern town to metropolitian cities of the world PJ has lived, worked and travelled around the globe for 25 years. Raised career Air Force family, PJ is married to a 22 year veteran Army Special Forces Specialist, a native North Carolinian. PJ now call North Carolina home. PJ's real estate career began in subdivision development and new home construction. Later she used her skills in managing a construction division for a Fort Lauderdale architectual design firm. She has also been involved with sales and leasing of class A office projects and hi-tech office/flex/warehouse development. PJ owns and operates her own real estate investment portfolio. An active real estate investor for over 40 years she understands the importance of finding and maintaining well positioned rental property investments.
